Q. I am currently AA cup and I hate my small breasts are which causes me low self-esteem and slight depression. I don’t want my breasts be massively increased but just enough so I actually feel like I have some and am able to wear clothing to reflect this. What realistically would be the smaller size to go to without making them too large?
A. Thank you very much for your enquiry regarding possible breast surgery. It does sounds as if you would be a very good candidate for a breast enlargement procedure and I would be able for you to have a bust which fits in with your general body physique matching your shoulders and hips. The aim is to make you look balanced and normal rather than top heavy. In order to do this I would need to take some measurements of your chest area and to see what’s breast implant sizes would suit you. Following this we have a further appointment which last an hour in which you can try a variety of sizes and shapes of implants in different clothes to see what appearance you would like following surgery. For more information about what’s involved in breast augmentation please visit our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk where you’ll find lots of information videos about the procedure and if you’re not too squeamish videos of me performing the actual operation itself. Following this if you feel you would like to schedule a consultation to discuss the best way forward for you and for a sizing appointment to look at various sizes of implants please ring us on 01844-214362 or email us at info@aurora-clinics.co.uk. Best Wishes, Yours sincerely Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Consultant, Aurora Clinics
