Q. Can you give me a rough price guide for breast uplift and implants? Also, I have a raised BMI, would that be a problem? I have has 3 caesarians with no problems and just after Christmas had my tonsils removed under general anaesthetic. Regards

Q. Lets say that I would like to have smooth round breast implants. Right now Im B cup, small B I guess. And I would like to have a full C. How much approximately this kind of operation would cost to me?

A. Thank you for your email. The use of smooth implants for breast enlargement is uncommon because of increase incidence of capsular contracture-hardening of breast. I prefer to use texturised implants. The total cost of breast enlargement using texturised round implants is from £3750/.Cup size is not exact science. Hence I will not be able to give answer to your question. You may wish to send me good quality photos for my initial comments. Q. Hi i wanted to enquire about if i have the breast asymmetry will they go up a size if i have surgery to correct them. Just one is smaller than the other and would not really want the larger breast to have to be much bigger i just want my breasts to look even. What are my options for correcting this problem with surgery?

Thank you for your inquiry.The general options for management or breast asymmetry, when the breast shape is relatively similar, include:- Increase in volume of the smaller breast only (by means of a breast implant or fat transfer)- Increase in volume of both breasts with different size implants- Decrease the volume of the larger breast
