Q. hello i wonder if could give me some advice i had implants 3 months ago. After being a bit cautious about what size to be I would actually like them to be bigger now! I wondered how long I have to wait for till I can have them replaced?
A. Thank you for your inquiry.I would recommend at the 6 months following the operation for you decide on increasing them. This is particularly to give the breast a chance to settle down in the new shape and size, and to allow you to better appreciate the increase in volume that you want to achieve.Your options include either replacing them with larger implants, or having a fat transfer to the breast to enhance the volume and possibly adjust the shape.

Q. I would like anatomical breast implants placed under the muscle and to go 1-2 cup sizes larger. How much would the inclusive (including aftercare etc) cost approximately?

Thank you for your inquiry.The costs for breast augmentation using anatomical implants, as a general anesthetic, day case intervention is approximately £5000.This does include the postoperative visits and associated aftercare in terms of consultations, but does not include prescription medication that might be required postoperatively.

Q. I just had lipo and bteast implants consultation with transform just wanted to know rough price b4 attending consultation with you. i no it varies but plz a rough idea
A. Hi there. Breast augmentation with me costs £2999 and lipo costs depend on how much much of an area we’re removing. If you have two procedures with us then the second procedure is discounted by 50%, and lipo costs vary from £3000 to £5000. The cost of implants is rising if you book surgery after April (you can still have the operation after April, but you have to have made the booking in March)

Q. About how much would it cost for breast uplift for saggy breasts? Do you have to pay the whole amount or can you pay instalments? Do you have feeling after the breast uplift and can you breast feed once you have had the breast uplift?

Some of the feeling around the nipples and around the skin of the breast may change and you may have difficulty breast feeding afterwards but there’s no reason why you shouldn’t try. If you do have children after any breast surgery then your breasts may change shape again.

Q. I have done a bit of reading up on getting breast implants either above or below the muscle. What would be the deciding factor of where the implant should be placed? Would an implant look more natural above or below the muscle?
A. When considering the placement of the implants, either below or above the pectoral muscle, one of the most important elements is the volume of breast tissue and it ability to mask the implant.In simple terms, if the end of volume for the breast is dominated by the volume of the implant, it is probably better to place it under the muscle. If the end volume of the breast after augmentation is dominated by the breast tissue, it probably doesn’t matter where the implant was placed.Another important factor regarding the placement of the implant is the breast laxity [ptosis]. If the breast has lost a lot of its elasticity, and the patient does not want a breast up lift at the same time, it is often considered to be safer to place the implant above the muscle to avoid the ”double bubble”effect, where the implant is sitting higher then the main volume of the breast.

I have also looked on the net to see if i could get arm and leg implants to make these look bigger as well but i see they only do this for men is that right or do they also do this for women?

I do perform arm and leg implants – arm implants are usually done on men and leg implants are usually done on women but that doesn’t mean to say we can’t do arm and leg implants on any person of any gender. The costs include five years cover against capsular contracture and one year’s cover against anything that goes wrong that I can put right. There is a consultation fee for the initial consultation that you need to pay and the current cost for surgery for round breast implants is £2999; it will rise in April.
