Q. I have previously had a Rhinoplasty op (some 20 years ago) to reduce a broad nose. While it made some improvement I have never been entirely happy with the newer shape (mainly with the slightly bulbous tip). I would like to ask about the benefits/risks of further surgery to improve it. I am 52 and in excellent health.

Q. whats the cost of having my breast inplants taken out as one has shrunk or would it be cheaper to have them replaced they have been done for 5 years ive seen a surgon but they wont remove the inplant as its not done on the nhs
