Q. I have a lot of excess skin on my bottom. Most of it is not fat, just loose skin from where it has sagged. I am very conscious of my bum, and I feel I always have to cover up when I go to the beach. Is there a bum lift procedure available to me?

Q. Im enquiring about buttock augmentation in particular a procedure called bioplasty. Any possiblity you could give me your view on this procedure please?

Q. I had a buttock lift done 3 years ago where the incisions were made underneath each buttock and the buttock was folded and stapled inside to create a better shape. My issue is that now one buttock dropps 2 inches below the other a and I think it look terrible. I am having an issue finding surgeons who do buttock surgery and noticed that your have answer several question before on this subject. Can you give me an idea of what could be done?

A. Thank you for email. Liposuction is a useful tool to remove localised deposits of excess fat. If you have a good skin quality of your thighs then you should seek appropriate advice to contour your thighs. Tummy tuck is a recongnised option for removal of excess skin and /fat from lower tummy particularly following pregnancy. It can be combined with buttock lift if indicated at the same time. Please ensure that you have completed your family before embarking upon tummy tuck. Recovery from liposuction is relatively quick however you need to factor approximately 4 weeks of down time following tummy tuck and buttock lift.
