Unfortunately this is not a procedure we’re specializing in Aurora Clinics and it’s not widely available in the United Kingdom. Q. I was wandering if u could give me some info on this procedure my bum doesnt necessarily need implants because it is already quite perk but when you look at me from the front I dont look very curvy-I was wondering whether there is a procedure in which fat or implants are placed into the area around the sides of your bum and hips to create a more curvy look from the front..I would really appreciate if you could get back to me.
A. Thank you for your inquiry. The procedure of choice in a situation like yours is to use fat transfer to highlight and shape the lateral thigh areas for a more curvy appearance, and typically the donor site would be the flank region [waistline] and possibly inner thigh. This has the advantage of both narrowing the waistline and enhancing the lateral thigh, and would be a typical solution for someone with tends to have a relatively narrow pelvis, and therefore a more masculine contour.

A. Hi – I don’t do bum implants but I do perform breast implants surgery. I do perform arm and leg implants – arm implants are usually done on men and leg implants are usually done on women but that doesn’t mean to say we can’t do arm and leg implants on any person of any gender. In principle, apart from a formal buttock lift (posterior body lift), there are also options of using radio-frequency assisted liposuction (Bodytite) to contour and firm up the lower part of the buttock, and the option of fat transfer to enhance the volume and shape. Ideally, at the time of a consultation it would be possible to evaluate the situation and guide you regarding the best course of action.

Q. I am interested in getting a buttock lift as i have lots of loose skin that hangs down. How long does this take and where does the scar go?
A. Thank you for your enquiry. For a buttock lifts procedure, or a posterior body lift, the scars tend to be placed from hip to hip around the back. There is also a form of buttock lift which is in essence just a reduction, and where the scar is placed in the crease under the buttock. If the amount of correction needed is moderate, it is possible that these days to use radio-frequency assisted liposuction (Bodytite), to perform a degree of volume correction as well as tightening to the area.

Q. Hiya Brazilian buttock augmentation is what I’m interested in and I’d like to know the price?
A. I don’t actually do this surgery, as I think there’s a high risk of infection, asymmetry, lumpiness and overall dissatisfaction with the result necessitating another operation.
