Q. My mother has agreed to fund a breast enlargement for me. I am 17 and cannot even fill a AA cup. Will it be possible for me to have the procedure while im still 17, as i would love to before i go abroad with my friends in the summer as i am embarrassed about getting my bikini on?

Q. I am 17, i am completely flat chested like a boy. My mother has agreed to fund me having breast surgery. Will it be possible before im 18?
A. Hi there. Surgery for breast implants is only possible under 18 if you get a GP referral but if you don’t want to get a GP referral then you have to wait until you’re 18. However, I can see you before your 18th birthday and you can get your operation after your birthday. If you come for a consultation you should come with your mother, and you can call 0141-552 0828 to book an appointment.
