Q. I wanted to have a full tummy tuck but wasent sure if it was possible to have this with an appendix scar? Could you advise me about this as best you can please?

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, yes it’s certainly is possible to have a full tummy tuck with an appendix scar. The appendix scar normally appear removed in the same time as the surgery. The scars which can cause problems are old-fashioned gallbladder scars which are on the upper part of the abdomen. Q. Im just in the process of looking for consulation for a full tummy tuck. I am courious how effective it would be just having the skin excision procedure? I have a lot of upper tummy fat. Will this area likely become flat without the need for liposuction normally?

Q. I want some information and a tummy tuck. I have a small child and I have not being able to get my abdomen back to normal. I have undergone a treatment of mesotherapy to get rid of the fat around my waist and tummy. It was a great help but I still have excess skin.
