Q. I am 20 years old, size 6 with 34A bust, 7st 5lb, I m 5ft 4. This has been hampering my self confidence for many years, I am currently unemployed – also a result of low self confidence and have always dreamed of a better bust. I am hoping if I get my bust size increased it will increase my confidence and hopefully lead to a better job. Thank you for your inquiry.   I am afraid that a telephone conversation with not further your quest.   It seems to me however that you should also consider a discussion with a clinical psychologist, so that you can separate the issues that you have commented on, as confidence is not always directly linked to appearance.   This is not to say that you would not be a good candidate for surgery, but that it may be advantageous to you to prepare it carefully, considering the results that you seek in terms of social performance.
