Q. Ive been body building for a few years but instead of muscle my pecs are slightly breast like and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do about it. I dont take any subnstances to build muscle so I am not sure what is causing it. Is their any solution to reduced them some how?

Q. Every since I can remember I have always had fat/pointy nipples which on a man causes the chest to look fat/swollen. Although I am not skinny, I am by no means overweight, but even though I loose more weight from time to time, the nipple area does never seesm to change. Could you help?
