Q. I would like to have liposuction on my underarms, inner thigh and stomach. I would like to know the cost of the procedure and recovery time. Could you also let me know how much fat you are able to remove during the procedure?
A. Thank you for your inquiry. In terms of the maximum volume of liposuction for a treatment session, I tend to limit it to 7 L. From your description, it is unlikely that this amount would be necessary. The recovery time is typically a week for return to work, 3 weeks for return to exercise and approximately 4-6 months for things to settle. I’m afraid that Botox will not improve the loose skin of the lower eyelids, and indeed might make it worse. It can however relax the front lines between the eyebrows as well as arch up the lateral part of the brow. The latter is applicable any for men and women that can arch the eyebrows themselves, as some people cannot do this. In situations where you cannot physically arch in the lateral brow was using the forhead muscles, Botox will not be able to achieve it either.
