How much would it be to have lipolaser done to both of my inner thighs?

Q. Hello, my names. My inner thights are not budging at all!! Im eating healthy and i walk alot and workout. How much would it be to have lipolaser done to both of my inner thighs? My thighs are getting me so down, im so self consious of them!!! Please let me know how much it would be. Or a rough price. Thanks.

A. Hi there. For people who have unwanted areas of fat which are resistant to diet and exercise, we often use VASER liposuction to these areas. For most people we can perform liposuction with VASER from £2000 to just under £4000 depending on how many areas in the thighs you’re having done. Generally speaking though we want to be safe so if it’s just your inner thighs, for example, then that would possibly be around £2650. If you would like a consultation then please come and see me at my clinic. There are consultation fees in addition to this for the first consultation.

Id like to have liposuction to get rid of some fatty areas around my mid drift and thighs

Q. Id like to have liposuction to get rid of some fatty areas around my mid drift and thighs but im really concerned about the recovery post surgery. I am not the best sleeper as it is and generally have to sleep on my front to get off. I often take sleeping pills to help me have an eaerly night and wonder of I would still be able to have these after having liposuction surgery. How long (approx) can I expect to be in pain after surgery?

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, yes its certainly possible to have a liposuction to this area and generally in most cases tenderness after liposuction will be almost fully resolved by 4-6 weeks. This is a general rule you’ll understand that everyone differs slightly in their recovery period. Overall, I don’t see any reason why liposuction may not be appropriate for you if you do sleep on your front. Thanks for your enquiry, I do wish you the best of luck if you decide to go ahead with surgery, in the mean time I think it might be worth looking our website http://aurora-clinics.com.uk where you’ll find lots of information about surgery and the various techniques that can be used to treat the area you described. Would it be safe/advisable for someone of 47 years to have abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast augmentation at the same time?

Q. Would it be safe/advisable for someone of 47 years to have abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast augmentation at the same time? I have no long standing health issues, dont smoke or drink and exersise regularly. I imagine that If I had done the latter I would probibly have been seeking this treatmnet several years ago but time catches up with everyone. The reason I would like all the surgeries at the same time is a mainly because of cost but obviously I have no intention of putting my health at risk for no reason. I have contact several surgeons in the London area but have not had any consultations as yet and dont have to have surgery in London if I feel I have found the correct surgeon. Many thanks for listening.

A. Hello there. The answer to this is ‘maybe’!!! It is really difficult to comment on your particular situation without seeing you and discussing what your main concerns are. I often perform tummy tucks and BBA together. It might also be possible to perform some liposuction as well but I would have to reserve judgment until I see you. I was involved in the first Exreme makeover series and we showed that it is possible to do multiple surgeries safely. However, patient safety is always my prime concern. Pl ease do contact Janine or Kim in the office to arrange an appointment on 0845 2600 261 or email help@paulebanwell.com I look forward to meeting you Cheerio Paul Banwell

I have had liposuction in the past, however I have noticed quite a drastic change in the way my body is storing fat

Q. I have had liposuction in the past, however I have noticed quite a drastic change in the way my body is storing fat – around the middle of my body only. Ideally I do not want to have surgery as two years ago after having keyhole surgery I developed a DVT and emolism. I have read alot of articles on ultrasound fat removal. are they effective and safe?

A. If there has been a change in your weight especially if you are now storing fat around your middle, you should see your gp first to exclude a condition called Cushings Disease. Abdominal liposuction can be done under local anaesthesia using ultrasound or water assisted liposuction. I would use a blood thinner in the first few days after surgery until you are fully mobile but you have to concider the risk of fiurther dvt and peRegardsLeRoux Fourie

I recently turned 52 and after losing 200 pounds in weight I now have a problem with a large amount sagging skin around my stomach

Q. I recently turned 52 and after losing 200 pounds in weight I now have a problem with a large amount sagging skin around my stomach and hips.  liposuction likely to help in this situation?

A. congratulations on your weight loss. Often people who have had massive weight loss will need skin reduction surgery to improve their contours and silhouette. The treatments for these include things like tummy tucks, body lifts, breast uplifts, and so on, rather than liposuction. However, it all depends on how much weight you have left and whether you’re going to lose any more. I’m having an open evening on October 18th so if you want a free mini consultation with me at that time you’d be very welcome in my clinic and we can discuss things briefly then.

I would like to know how to remove the double chin

Q. I would like to know how to remove the double chin ,Im 30 years old is it in or out patient ? coz I will visit UK soon estimated cost

A. Thank you for your enquiry. It does depend on the shape of the neck and jaw as well as the development of the chin. The procedure can be either liposuction, liposuction and chin augmentation or neck lift with or without chin implant. For guidance regarding costs related to more common aesthetic surgery procedures, or combination of procedures, please visit my website at: http://aesthetic-plastic-surgery.co.uk/about-cost-of-surgery.php If you would like to find out regarding the cost of procedures not included in the list, or different combinations, as well as to book an appointment, kindly contact our office either by telephone at:  020 7486 7757,  or by e-mail at:  contact@aesthetic-plastic-surgery.co.uk ,  and my team will be delighted to help you. Im 21 and a little bit over weight but stil,l reasonably confident with my body all except for my face which carries a lot of fat around my cheeks and chin

Q. Dear Sir/Madam. Im 21 and a little bit over weight but stil,l reasonably confident with my body all except for my face which carries a lot of fat around my cheeks and chin. Im not sure if it would be liposuction that I would require for this area of the body. Can you tell me if liposuction would be applicable for this or is there something that could be more effective?

A. If you’re a little overweight then getting to your ideal weight would make a difference. Also, as you get older your facial fat shrinks in any case, and sometimes we consider surgery to remove bits of fat, either from the fat pads that are already there or through liposuction. However, surgery is the last thing to consider rather than the first thing.

I have a very small amount of loose skin around my upper arm but would not like to have an arm lift

Q. I have a very small amount of loose skin around my upper arm but would not like to have an arm lift because of the possibilities of scarring to the area as I do love to wear armless clothing for several reasons. Its not that I look fatty on my arms but the loose skin really knocks my confidence and wanted to know if I could have liposuction to the area instead of the arm lift surgery.

A. Hi there Thanks for your question. It is possible that liposuction might be suitable for you but if you actually have lots loose skin then it might not be the best treatment. Other skin tightening treatments include INDIBA which I offer in the practice Please see our non-surgical website www.skininstituteuk.com for further information You can contact Janine or Kim on 0845 2600 261 and they would be delighted to provide further information Many thanks Paul Banwell help@paulebanwell.com

Can you give me a rough idea of how much the liposuction process costs

Q. Hello. Can you give me a rough idea of how much the liposuction process costs. I want to remove around 8 Lbs of fatty tissue from my waist. I have been dieting for 18 months now and lost nearly 2 stone but this last bit is proving harder than the rest which is always the case. The problem is it seem to get harder to shift the older I get I gain weight very quickly unless I really watch my diet and take regular exercise. Thanks for your help.

A. First and foremost, liposuction is not a way to lose weight. If you have lost 2 stane already, you might end up with eccess skin if you have liposuction only. You do not state if you have any children. If you have had kids, you might benefit from a tummy tuck rather than liposuction. It is very difficult to give advice without seeing you.Would it be of benefit to you if you can e mail me more details about yourself and if possible attack photos taken from the front and the sideMy e mail address is : info@lerouxfourie.co.uk
