Q. My uncle is 37 years old and he would like to reduce his male breasts. He lives in London, can you please give some information about how much it will cost him to perform this surgery? A. Thank you for your email. It appears that you are seeking advice for correction of gynacomastia. If it consists of predominantly fat then liposuction is a well recongnised option. If it also consists of glandular tissue then we need to consider removal of gland with an open approach. If the areola is big/expanded then it can be reduced at the same time. Q. Im enquiring about the cost to have alterations made to both nipples. They are both puffy and have not changed back to normal since puberty. I have spoken to my doctor and its very unlikely I will be able to get this done on the NHS especially without a long waiting period.
