Q. Hi, I dislocated my nose some 20 years ago, it is dislocated on the bridge of my nose and is noticably bent. Is it too late to be fixed? could it still be straightened after all these years? If it can, what would be the procedure? Thank you Dave

A. Q. I have an african-american nose and i d like to have a tip reshaping only not involving bone job. could u tell me how much it would be, please?

A. Thank you for your inquiry. I normally do open tip rib graft rhinoplasty for reshaping and supporting the African-American type of the nose. The operation is typically a day case general anesthetic, and the cost is in the area of £5200, but would vary depending on the hospital used.
