Q. I think I may have broken my nose (again) playing football recently. I am 46yo and first broke it when about 14 (cricket) and then again at 18 (diving into a pool). I think I have broken it once more since and this week got a football in the face which may or may ot have broken it again – it seems a little more crooked! Because it has been so long since I first broke my nose is it too late to consider rhinoplasty? Are there additional problems if a nose has been broken for such a long time. You should get airway obstruction corrected from the functional reasons. Q. What is the best treatment to completely get rid of acne scars when they are on the back. Q. I was hoping to could suggest a non surgical treatment for scarring around the face. I was burnt quite badly as a child around my chin and neck after spilling boiling water down myself.
