Q. After undergoing nipple surgery does the feeling return to the nipple area once recovered?

A. it’s difficult to say whether nipple sensation will return or not and how long it will take in you. However, when nerves are injured, then often we have to wait a while for the feeling to return. In some cases it can take a couple of years for all that’s going to return to come back

Q. I would like my breast reduced in size form a 36 DD to somthing more like a BB cup. I would also like my nipples reduced as well. While ive been researching surgery I noticed some sites say that the nipple surgery is part of the breast surgery procedure anyway. Is this the case with your procedures?

Q. Hi. I am a boy and I am really not happy with my nipples to the extent I don t take my top off in front of anyone. They are extremely pointy for a boy and a horrible shape and they are even in the wrong place. Could they be moved to where I want them as well as treating their horrible shape?

Q. I would like to know the cost nipple surgery as my nipples are oversized compared to the rest of my body. I am a 24 year old male with no health problems. A. Thank you for your email. It appears that you are seeking advice for correction of gynacomastia. If it consists of predominantly fat then liposuction is a well recongnised option. If it also consists of glandular tissue then we need to consider removal of gland with an open approach. If the areola is big/expanded then it can be reduced at the same time. Q. How much is it to correct my inverted nipples? i have a bad case of this

Q. Im enquiring about the cost to have alterations made to both nipples. They are both puffy and have not changed back to normal since puberty. I have spoken to my doctor and its very unlikely I will be able to get this done on the NHS especially without a long waiting period. After 7 years of putting up with this problem id like to get some treatment now or in the very near future.

Q. My nipples are getting in the way of everything I do. I feel people are staring at me when I wear tight tops. Ive been saving for the last 4 years to be able to have surgery to correct them. Q. Im 20 and I have large dome shaped nipples and thought about surgery as its the only way i will be able to feel comfortable. I was just wondered if you could give me an idea of erecovery times after surgery and how much pain I will be in after the work is done?

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, what you’re describing is actually really quite common and is often associated with a condition known as tuberous breast.
