A. Thank you for your enquiry and your kind comments. I normally consider rhinoplasty surgery after the age of 18, when the overall facial proportions have reached a more stable period. With regards the freckles, you should consider using sunblock on a regular basis attenuates the damage to the skin and visibility of the freckles without having to resort to more aggressive treatment. Even if you do have treatment to reduce the visibility of the freckles, unprotected sun exposure is likely to bring them back possibly worse than they were before.

A. Tuberous breasts are smaller amd the nippleareola complex (NAC) protrudes and is bigger. I do a periareolar breast augmentation and if needed combine the incision in the lower areola with a reduction in size of the areola.
