Q. I have lost a lot of weight since my gastric bypass surgery over a year ago. I now have a lot of excess skin I would like removed. I am considering the Vaser liposuction or Bodytite and wondered if you offer either of these treatments and your thoughts on which is better?

Liposuction techniques like Vaser (Ultrasound assisted), Smartlipo (Laser assisted) and Bodytite (Radiofrequency assisted) may tighten skin to some extent. We need to assess the amount of excess lose skin you have particularly following gastric bypass surgery. Q. can you tell me the prices for the laser liposuction procedure that also tightens the skin as i want my thighs to have more shape but don’t want to be left with dimples and how long it takes to recover for each treatment.

A. Thank you for your inquiry.   If the treatment of that you envisage involves larger area as or a large volumes of correction, I would suggest the radiofrequency assisted technique rather than the laser assisted technique, as they both have the ability to tighten the tissues.   You can find out more about it at: www.bodytite.eu   Recovery period as well as the course depend on the treatment areas, and as such would be best clarified after a consultation.
