Q. I have a large birth mark on my face which covers the left side of my face including the forehead. What can I do for treating this please and how effective will this treatment be? I have done some research on this but im finding quite difficult to get a direct answer. Many thanks
A. Thank you for your email. The treatment depends upon the size and site of birth mark. We will consider options of skin graft, flaps, serial excision and tissue expansion. You may wish to explore possibilities of getting it done in NHS. In that case you should seek some advice from your local G.P.
