Hi I have an embarrassing problem i suffer from a dribble of urine leaking whenever i cough or stretch or sometimes even when i laugh? Should i go my GP first or is this something we do without having to inform them? Do you do any tests or do i just need surgery?

A. I think you should start with your GP. In most cases, test are done. YOu may be put on some medication or pelvic floor exercise regimen, but may eventually need surgery.
