What is the costs to reduce the size of my ears?

Q. What kind of costs are we looking at to reduce the size of my ears and also get them pinned back. When i look at other peoples ear lobes they are very small but mine are quite large and flap about.

A. In my practice, reducing the size of the ear lobes as part of a pinnaplasty (ear pinning) does not change the overall cost of the surgery.  Depending on the size of the ear lobes and the degree of correction anticipated it may lead to a small scar being visible on the front of the earlobe. For a local anaesthetic, day case procedure, pinnaplasty surgery is usually approximately £2000.
