Will losing weight after breast reduction surgery severly harm the work that was done?

Q. Will losing weight after breast reduction surgery severly harm the work that was done? Would it be better to lose the weight before booking any procedures in your opinion?

A. Thank you for your email. It is advisable to have your body mass index within normal limit before embarking upon breast reduction. If you are overweight then you should reduce your weight before the breast reduction procedure. The result of any body contouring procedure  is affected by change in your weight hence you need to stabilise your weight before your surgery.I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by email on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com for further guidance.
