Employers Introduce Botox Leave
It has emerged that some businesses are so tired of employees claiming sick leave in order to have non-invasive cosmetic procedures that they are planning to introduce a so-called ‘botox leave’
As reported by one Britain’s major plastic surgery providers, the Harley Medical Group, companies are planning to provide their workers with the opportunity to take a two hour break so that the individual has time to make a Botox appointment without the need to take days off or claim sick leave.

Since the demand for Botox injections has increased dramatically (by 21 per cent) over the past few weeks, the problem has become relevant to many companies.
“Companies are right to be inventive with their incentives. Although ‘botox leave’ is certainly quirky, if people are adopting this incentive there is obviously a call for it,” noted Blue Skies, an employment agency.
“We think ‘botox leave’ is an interesting incentive to offer employees and have seen a number of patients, particularly in our Chester, City and London clinics, who have been granted time away from the office for their injections,” commented director of the Harley Medical Group Liz Dale.
The Harley Medical Group was founded in 1983 and has already had more than 400,000 clients since its establishment.
